Condolence: Sorry to hear of Aunt Louie's passing. I have many happy memories of the 2 years I spent in Aunt Louie and Uncle Neil's home in Botwood when I moved there from Cottrell's Cove to complete my high school education. Due to difficult circumstances at home I was unable to attend the funeral.

I was,nt very old when i first met Louie.Maybe 2 or 3. All I know is she had a beautiful spirit loved her family and loved Her Lord. When Alvin shared of her homegoing i thought to my self Neil and Louie together again. i also reflected on times passing and my own journey toward eternity. God strengthen and keep you as you await reunion day.

Condolence: To the family of Aunt Louise,
We were sorry to hear that Aunt Louise passed away. Joy and I would like to express our greatest sympathy to you in this time of sorrow. We are happy that we were able to visit with Aunt Louise this past summer. Aunt Louise always made you feel welcome and made your visit with her an enjoyable time. I wish we could be there with mom and you all but unfortunately I am in Idaho at this time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Condolence: We are very sorry we were not able to make it out from St. John's. I have always been proud of being named after my Mom's two sisters, Judy and Louise, as they are both very wonderful people.

I will always remember Aunt Louie as being a very strong and giving person, and having a great sense of humor, which apparently she carried with her right to the end, and I hope that I can do the same. I am very glad that I was able to see her last September when my sister Rosalind and I came to Bishop Falls' for a visit.

Of course, words can never really express the sadness we feel upon losing a loved one, at any age, so instead we can take comfort in celebrating her life, and remembering the many ways, both big and small, her life has impacted us all.

Condolence: We are so sad to hear of Aunt Louie's passing. Aunt Louie & Uncle Neil spent a lot of time with us at our home in Corner Brook and during those visits we shared some very special times together. She was a good friend and sister-in -law to my mother ( Marjorie (Joyce) White ) over the years. She was always willing to lend a listening ear when needed.

Condolence: I've been away from "home" for more years than I ever lived there, and as a result never got to spend much time with Aunt Louie. But I do have many fond memories of the visits that we did make ... We have many beautiful pictures and video looking off Aunt Louie and Uncle Neil's back deck in Botwood ...

When I was a teen, I was a bit "wild" - I'll never forget the look on Aunt Louie's face the time I hitchhiked across the island and showed up at her door looking for a place to spend the night, my hair long and straggly ... for a few moments I thought she wasn't going to let me in. *smile*

Our thoughts are with you all ... may you all be blessed with happiness, peace, and be free of suffering.

Condolence: My sincere condolences to all of Louie’s siblings and their families in Bishops Falls and elsewhere. I know she was much loved by all. I last saw Louie when when Ivan and I helped mom move to Bishops in November 2006. While we only had time for a couple of brief visits, she made an indelible impression on both Ivan and I, with her warmth, good humour, and obvious strength of character. My thoughts are with you all as you mourn her passing.

Condolence: Aunt Louie was a strong lady with her illness, but now she has no pain. Her wish the last couple of years was always to leave this world and to be with Uncle Neil, she received that wish last night. Her great personally and great humor will be missed dearly by all family and friends.

Condolence: When I think of Aunt Louie these words come to mind, spiritual, elegant, adorable, forgiving, selfless, compassionate, dependable, genuine, courageous and a true friend.

Her spirit is now with her two loves, Jesus and Uncle Neil. As we had our final conversation last evening I said her legacy will live in us and through us. Now we must take a little piece of Aunt Louie's characteristic and live like she would have.

We will miss her, but never forget her.
